"They are from a kit that was released by tom yorke in the
early 70's called "rustic stone and frame factory #105 " in O scale.
I made it into 2 separate dioramas for ease of layout installation.
i modified the original wood walls by changing the wood to smaller
planks from 2x12 too 2x8 amd 2x10's. The hydrocal walls were treated
with higgins india ink and alcohol wash and then floquil driftwood
stain and earth were used to colour individual stones. The roofing
was changed to c c crows metal raised seam roofing and acid etched
followed by a treatment of bragdon weathering pigments."
